I have been working at Dierenkliniek de Langstraat since 2001 and in May 2019 I switched from the first line (general practice) to the second line (hospital).
In the hospital I have been responsible for the ins and outs of the clinic as clinical director, veterinary management since January 2020.
Previously, I worked in the dermatology department for which I followed a two-year course in "differentiation dermatology" within the IVC Evidensia Academy. Occasionally I also work in the emergency and admission department where, as a hospital, we have a regional function in accommodating pets in need of emergency care.
My hobbies, next to my husband Rijk-Jan and 2 daughters Finette and Fabienne are: riding and cooking (I am a member of a cooking club). Besides that we breed KWPN-ers and have chickens (Brahma's) and 3 cats (2 british shorthairs and 1 NWF).
