Caroline Melis

I graduated from the University of Ghent in 2013, where I worked for another year afterwards. Then I moved with my husband and our dog first to Portugal and later to France. There I worked for two years in the first line with different species. Because surgery is an important part of practice, in 2015 I trained myself with the ESAVS training of Weke Parts Surgery I and II. After this I worked for 2,5 years in a group practice in Belgium, exclusively with pets. It was during this period that my interest in cardiology arose. I followed the ESAVS Cardiology I, II and III, as well as other training in the cardiology of Neoanimalia. In the hospital, I am available for emergencies, emergency surgery and cardiology.
