As an Animal Hospital, we will continue to be 100% committed to the welfare of all pets on a daily basis and will also continue to fulfil our regional function as a referral and 24/7 emergency clinic.
For fellow veterinarians in the region, for whom it is more difficult than usual in these times to be reachable for emergencies, we are at your service! It is possible to put the phone through, or see per patient what we can do for you. If you would like to make use of this, please call: 0416 - 745 414.
Evidensia Dierenziekenhuis Hart van Brabant has adapted the following new rules in regards to covid-19:
From now on you can enter the clinic with 2 people per patient and take a seat in the waiting room up to a maximum of 15 people. You may be asked to sit outside or in your car if it gets too crowded. You don't have to wear a mask in the waiting area provided you keep your distance from other owners and our team.
Although many measures are no longer applicable, the 1.5 meter measure remains in force everywhere. Since our consulting rooms have limited space for more people, we will stick to the policy that 1 person per patient can enter. Of course you can keep in touch with your partner or family member in the waiting room by video calling.
We ask that you put on your mask on in the consultation room.
In some examinations, for example an ultrasound, you may be asked to give your animal to the veterinary nurse and you cannot be present during the examination. This is because the distance between you and the guidance during this type of examination is very small.
We take these measures because we see a lot of owners per day and we want to guarantee the health of you and our team. But especially important: the continuity of our services must be protected, because otherwise we can no longer provide care for the animals.
We thank you for your understanding.
In addition to these measures, the visiting hours for admission patients have been cancelled until further notice.
